Customer service with Amber F. was excellent. She was patient with my boyfriend and took time explaining all the different models, their different preferences, and accessories. She took her time even though there were other customers and didn’t rush us just to get a sale. Would definitely recommend this location for future customers.

Always a pleasure shopping there. Great personalities, excellent service, awesome products.

Sales Representative Amber was helpful and very patient with my purchase! Also very knowledgeable with products and sales prices! Definitely appreciated her assistance :) :) :)

Even tho I hate that there no store on Windward side anymore I still will always come to volcano service from staff members has never been rude. Came by pearl ridge around 6. The lady who helped me was great and very knowledgeable.

Amber was super helpful! Very positive attitude and explained the variety of tanks and mods to where I could understand better and get the best deal.
