Great product selection, prices and verieties.. Customer service is hit or miss. Some associates are friendly and proffesional and some are the oppisite. Waipahu location has a much better customer service team.

I honestly used to live shopping here and would literally go out of my way just to come here vs anywhere else. But, even though I know it doesn't matter and companies don't care, but I will never go back here again. I purchased a vape on 5/18 and everything was fine until 2 days later the vape dies and literally not charge. So I was stuck with a full $30 vape I couldn't smoke. To my surprise when I went to see if there was anything they could do, the lady was very nice and asked me if Ii minded hanging out for ten minutes while she tried charging it. Long story short, I was told they couldn't replace it bc I purchased it 2 days ago. My thing is, um how was I supposed to know when I bought what it wouldn't charge!?

No price tags on anything and there's always a gamble that they will sell you a broken vape. Like I was sold today :( I even ripped it in the shop and it ripped like 10 weak times before it broke

RUDE! Don’t go in there intending to look around or ask any questions. The attendant was visibly annoyed as soon as I said we were “still just looking”, they had a great assortment of products so it was hard to make a decision right away. Each time she came around she seemed increasingly irritated and eventually straight up told us we had to buy something or leave because we’ve been there too long( she told us we’ve been there 15 minutes and it was a policy her manager enforced due to parking) …. Went there looking for something to destress and left feeling worse than I walked in. If you’re hoping to explore new products do not come here.
