They totally took me for 70 bucks total between 2 separate visits in the same week and never got what I was looking for. My first visit was so different. Infact got a deal buy 1 get 1 free for 23 bucks. I felted like i just scored, but when i went back it was so different. The guy that helped me , it seemed like he didn't know anything and he was not helpful, it looked like he was winging it, but in order to wing it u have to talk and maybe Crack a smile. Makana was rude and needs to work on his people skills. Won't be going back! 😖😡😠

I've been getting vapes here for about a year & everything's been great. I got a defective vape that was broken & leaked all over the inside of my purse. I always buy 2 at a time. It was the 2nd one I opened so it had been a couple of weeks & when I tried to bring it back I was told if it's not the same day I bought it too bad. I was told that's the risk with buying disposable vapes. So basically I got screwed out of $27.00 or however much it was. I know it was over $25 because I spent over $50 on 2. There's no signs that say anything like this & they certainly don't tell you this until they've already screwed you out of your hard earned money. I've spent a LOT of money here, but I'll never be back! This isn't a good way to run a business!

Store was good product I got really sucked and only lasted 1 day not the shops fault but still I'm out 55$ for a vape that died the next day.

I went in with a friend as he was buying a vape and kava drink. The male employee refused the sale because i didnt have my ID. Mind you I am 64 years old and didn't have anything to do with the sale. Not only did he cost the shop money this employee cost future sales as I and my friend will no longer have anything to do with Volcano Vape Shop (all locations).

So glad I found this place, I knew little about vaping but these folks were patient and took the time to explain how the different set ups worked & they were kind enough to explain it all again the next time I visited. As someone who’s had multiple strokes, I have a bad memory & difficulty learning new things. I never would have expected this level of customer service, but they were extremely nice. I’ll be a regular customer and I highly suggest this place to anyone looking for both a fair price and helpful staff. Wish I could give more than 5 starts.
