I had an amazing experience with Tress at Da Shop at the Kapolei store, From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. Btw side note hella fire outfit and also smelled like money fashion model status. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out the most was his communication. He really listened to what I needed, made me feel heard, and found the best solution for me. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure you’re satisfied, but Tress went above and beyond. If you need help at Da Shop in Kapolei, I highly recommend asking for Tress. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Defiantly needs a raise Definitely deserves 6 stars if I could!

As always fabulous 👌 experience each & Everytime when I stop at da Shop. They (da workers/employees) always have the greatest attitude always on point Customer service = Excellent & lots of Aloha like family members,inside the shop very & always clean and cool , cleanliness = Excellent and shelves and glass cases are always clean & Streak free and always product stocked. They are Flawless free and far from flaws. I don't have any complaints or issues to say. The only thing that they don't have or carry other than that being said I Honestly & Highly Recommend Da Shop in Nanakuli Pacific Shopping Mall. I approve this Message!.
