I noticed a charge on my credit card today from your store, even though I have not visited any Hawaii's Cheapest location in over two weeks. The location listed on the transaction is the only one I have ever visited. I have tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answers the phone. I also visited the store in person, but the employees were unable to provide any information and stated they could not contact a manager because they only have an email address. I have already sent an email regarding this issue and have not received a response. I would appreciate someone investigating this charge and contacting me as soon as possible.

THEY TOOK OVER $400 IN DOUBLE CHARGES!!!! Me and my other half keep getting double charged for things all the way back from a few months ago since we've been going here and when we spoke to them about it they called it a system error and we aren't being double charged even though we have bank statements proving otherwise. Tried to speak with the manager and they said they couldn't give us the phone number only email. He doesn't respond at all and now we have to go through the bank to dispute and was told by the bank it could take up to 120 days to get our money back or we might not even get it back. Till this day still getting multiple charges from all the previous transactions we've made there and getting charges on days we haven't even been here.

So I just when in to buy a Rod Men MVP. The flavor was off. And the associate Called his boss saying they can’t swap it out. What’s the whole point of trying it before you leave, if it’s faulty. What a rip off.

Yo brother my 3.5 looked skimp so I weighed it soon as I got home. It was 3.1. Took it right back with the scale. They tried they hardest to not help me, manager included. It was the Asian lady. She called some number and went to the back while I’m standing at the register. She came back saying I can get a refund, but I can’t shop there anymore. Never apologized for my inconvenience having to come right back because the product was wrong, never took any responsibility, and basically tried to make it seem like somehow I did them wrong. Krazy bro. Can’t make this up. I don’t hold nothing against her or the staff because either they just doing they job or trying to keep that business afloat or both. Either way though they was wrong fasho. Least I got my bread back🤷🏽‍♂️. Tried to told em how the store down the street was better quality service. Ain’t hear me though.

Bought this last night worked perfectly at store and on my way home.once I put on the charger 🔌 about 10mints .and tried take a puff no powder no light comes out nothing like dead death.but they won’t let you exchange or anything else,once you stepped out of the store door that’s mean final that’s no choice you lose. Don’t buy this brand I recommend you buyer.
