How come the day workers always get one attitude? The night shift are alright, but the day workers are always rude. Used to love coming to this place cuz the old employees I met were pretty chill, now I don't feel like going back.

I went in a couple days ago to buy a new vape and ended up leaving with an awesome torch and so much more a short girl with a bun and hat helped me she was so amazing and sweet 10/10 will be coming back I had an amazing time shopping around very good customer service :)

Used to come to this store every single day, spending $80+ a day…after today’s interaction I will never again come to this store! Not only did the worker (short girl who always wears a hat) lie to us, she also charged us for an item that we never even got….and when we went to bring it to her attention, she started getting an attitude with me and yelling “do you want me to refund you that then?!? Don’t want me to refund it for you? What is it you want?” On top of that all, she skipped out on giving me the military discount…lying saying she did…come to find out she didn’t, and when she was asked about it, she said “oh well that’s because you’re not active duty, your husband is and you paid.” Mind you I had my ACTIVE DUTY military ID….and showed it to her. Truthfully I wouldn’t have been that upset about the discount had she been honest to me from the beginning and told me I wasn’t going to get it…not lie to me and tell me she gave it to me….and then when I ask for the receipt you get irritated with me? Irritated because she had planned on putting the discount on for herself after we left and planned on getting the extra 4g pre-roll herself. Every other worker in that store has always been THE BEST and we’ve been coming to that store DAILY longer than she’s ever worked there….but never again will we trust someone that not only overcharged us, and lies…but then flips it and starts saying I came at her….once an assistant manager or manager (she’s one of the two for that shop) walked back in. She was totally different with an attitude and force for lying up until that point. I will definitely be taking this up to their district manager or owner….im not sure the title he holds to be honest….but he knows our family pretty well as we frequent multiple different shops…and it doesn’t matter what store you are, I promise you’ve seen my Ohana around if you work there….truly disappointed in the Waipahu Shop today, because it’s unacceptable, and to not even have her apologize for charging me for an item I didn’t get….but to yell at ME for it…that’s simple not good business practice and we’ll definitely be taking this higher up.

Bought a bag of flowers and there was a small rock in it. I know it’s not the place themselves but at least the manufacturers can check before selling things. The rock is lighter than the flowers in the pictures provided below. If buying flowers double check. Might have a rock.
