Recently went through the drive-thru and the young man at the window who wears black glasses and has a neck tattoo was very knowledgeable and so nice! I was having a bad day but he made me laugh & I've been back since. Cool employee, thank you!

NEW update on this, not sure how this came about but since leaving this post, now the area grocery stores have raised their price. I can only think that the owner has made area stores aware that they are not "with the times" and told to raise their price bc they are losing money. So glad I won't be purchasing from these people anymore. I understand reviews are just that, my opinion. My opinion now really hits the mark, if I could give 0 stars that's what I would give bc if the shoe fits. I have recently learned this is not place to buy cigarettes but your local grocery store is. After spending 72.00 on cartons of cigarettes, I called around and found them for around 55.00. Check your local grocery store before buying here. I'm going to be quitting but still I am for saving money. Best thing is to just quit smoking and use tobacco pouches instead bc tobacco minus chemicals in cigarettes has its benefits but smoking does not.

Big Smoke is truly my neighborhood smoke shop. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and know their customers by name — it has that hometown feel that’s hard to find. They always have great cigarette deals, an amazing clearance section (seriously, check it out), and a solid beer selection. I also love that they carry jello shots — such a fun bonus! What I appreciate most is they’re open super early, which is really convenient for people heading to work. The staff always seem to know what’s going on around the valley too, so it feels like more than a store — it’s a community spot. Great service, great prices, and great people. Highly recommend!

Fast, friendly service. Humidor and beer cave. Just be careful pulling in/out of lot and drive-thru (they have a drive-thru!!!)

They have a drive through window for buying but the parking lot is small. There are many ways to exit the parking lot though.
