This place is very shady. A close friend lost/had her phone taken and was able to track it to this store. She went in to ask about the phone and they attempted to lie and gaslight her and her husband despite proof that the phone was there. When she got the police involved they magically remember a phone was "turned in." They're very clearly comfortable being dishonest and unethical. Shopper be ware.

I go here since it’s very close to my job, I work overnights and it’s nice to know there is a shop that closes until 12am! Since day one Yosef has always been 10/10 with his customer service making me feel welcome and appreciated remembering my name. Every time I had walk in I always walk out with a great experience. Shout out to Luxury Smoke and Vape. 💨

I previously had given this store a bad review after an experience with a particular employee. Well, I decided to go back and give them another chance tonight and I’m glad I did. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and informative. I believe Yusuf was the name of the guy who helped me, and I’m not sure if he remembered me or not but it didn’t matter; excellent service, unbeatable prices, and just a nice experience all around. This is my new go-to store and that’s how it’s gonna stay forever.

This vape shop is truly in a league of its own! The customer service is unlike anything I’ve experienced, whether at other vape shops or dispensaries. The products are top-tier in quality, and the shop itself is spotless. I had a minor issue, but both the owner and his brother went above and beyond to resolve it, ensuring I felt completely taken care of. Honestly, the focus here is on their exceptional quality, unbeatable prices, and fantastic deals. Huge shoutout to Yousef and the team—they make this place what it is! -DJYUNUEN
