Broad selection but the staff is very unhelpful. Asked for recommendation on a juice, and he said that I just have to look through all their juices until I found one. I go to a vape shop for their expertise on the products they sell. I’d just buy online otherwise.

Get a phone for the store !! You have a cell phone number!! And no one ever answer!!!! !! Come on man!!! And start caring more products and stop running out!! Why don’t you guys have over stock,, in the big bags of tobacco

Purchased an item from this shop and let me tell you the hell I went through because of their poorly trained staff. Older lady seemed like she had no idea how to use the register. Had notes to help her through the process which I understand maybe she was new. 3-4 minutes later she finally was able to charge me and I used tap to pay. It goes through because anyone who uses tap to pay knows you immediately get the notification of the charge. But for some reason her receipt jammed. I assume she needed a copy for the store records because I said no when she asked if I wanted one. She cleared the jam and quickly started insisting that the transaction was canceled and I had to pay again. I verified in my bank app that the charge had indeed gone through and showed her. At this point she calls what I’m assuming is the owner. Guy comes with a very nasty attitude saying he doesn’t care what my account shows that the transaction was canceled and I had to pay again. At this point I’m frustrated and tell him I don’t need to steal and we could call the cops to settle the issue. He quickly declined and finally decided to hand me my items and told me not to come back. How am I responsible for his employees mistake. The transaction clearly went through. Unless you want to get treated bad I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here. Take your business elsewhere. Many other shops with people who are trained and are actually professional.

An electronic rig of mine died and I thought I purchased the same version, however, it was the older one that I already had. Upon returning, there was a situation with a staff member not adhering to business policies, or rather provided incorrect information to me, so my blunder couldn’t technically be resolved. Fortunately, it seems that said staff member was on their way out of employment, and to not make a special exception on their polices, we worked out an agreement - I left satisfied and the store still made a profit. I’ve yet to return to see if our agreement still stands and will update this review with more details if so or not. Overall, this place featured cheaper items and stocked products that nearby larger stores didn’t have! Straight to business and none of that sales banter.
