i’ve been coming here since they opened 2 weeks, and this is hands down one of the best tobacco shops around. they’re always fully stocked with an incredible selection, so i’m never left searching for what i need. whether you’re looking for vapes, cigars, wraps, or accessories, they have every flavor and product you could want. their cigar room is especially impressive—well organized, well maintained, and packed with an excellent variety of cigars for every taste and budget. the prices are some of the best i’ve found, and the location is convenient with plenty of easy parking. what really sets this shop apart is the customer service. if they don’t have something you’re looking for, they’re more than willing to order it for you, which shows they genuinely care about their customers. the music always creates a great atmosphere, making every visit enjoyable. between the huge inventory, fair prices, outstanding cigar selection, and excellent service, this shop has earned my business. i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality tobacco and vape shop.

I've been coming here for a while and never had a problem. So when I purchased a Posh xtron that didn't work, I assumed that they would replace it. They tried to say they dont know if I bought it from their store. I pulled up my banking information and showed them the transaction. He even went into his system and saw that I did indeed make the purchase. He wanted to convince me that it needed to be charged, he put it on the charger, and it still didn't work. I told him I wasn't looking for a full refund, I just wanted it replaced. He refused. I do not recommend coming to this store. In today's economy, no one wants to waste money. It's the stores responsibility to make sure they have working products, and take accountability if something doesn't work. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because before this, I never had a problem. Unfortunately I won't be back. Go to Big Daddy instead. It's also right off of 87th and Harlem. Located in the strip mall that's just south of the McDonald's.

I only shop at this vape store. The young man “Mo” who runs this store is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Not many young people are as composed and respectful as himself. He always greets me with a big smile and how are you?
