Terrible shop bad prices on sub par glass absolutely got ripped off on a tiny “ torch “ that could not even heat a rig for almost $30! Lou is decent but his staff needs work. Given multiple chances no longer will be returning

Big Lou's is fantastic! The shop is small but pleasant. They have a variety of products, and Louie is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find exactly what you want (even if you walk in not knowing quite what you want).

This place is great. There's an awesome selection of products. Louie gave me the whole rundown of all the different types and option of vapes they carry and Dianne was so friendly and helpful when I came in for good ol' cigs and pouches. Definitely a place worth going back to. They also have quite an extensive and fairly priced assortment of glass.

Big Lou was very helpful and helped me and my friends choose cigars. He knew how to work around our price points and get us a great cigar at an even better price. They also have a lot of glass pipes and bongs to choose from as well as all the e cigarettes and oils. They also sell large bags of loose tobacco for rolling your own cigarettes. Larger than I have seen anywhere else.

They were the only shop open today considering we have this madness going on. They guy behind the counter was very nice and informative. He made sure I knew how to use what I purchased before leaving. 💯💯
