Today I went to Cairo Nights with my friends. This was my 5th visit, and usually we enjoy the food and atmosphere, which is why we keep coming back. But unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing. There was a new staff member wearing a red T-shirt — I don’t know her name — but her behavior was very rude and unprofessional. The service was slow, and the way she spoke to us was not respectful at all. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, which honestly ruined the whole experience for us. As regular customers, we expected much better hospitality and customer service. This is the first time we’ve had such a bad experience at Cairo Nights, and we hope the management looks into this and improves the service in the future.

This is by far the best hookah bar I have been to in Chicago. Super friendly environment and BYOB too. Their desserts sre absolutely delicious. They also got the best Turkish coffee in town. Perfect place to chill for after parties! Very nice and relaxing environment Awesome hookahs!

IMHO this is the best hookah bar in Chicago area. Well lit. Versatile. Many races come here. Good music. They don't serve tea in pots. But it's ok. My friends approved that hookah is good here. Barristas and the girls are so nice.

Super cool spot, great prices ($15 hookah before 6pm) good tea and great shisha. Malik was great, super friendly, and very welcoming! Will be back inshalla

The place and ambience is good. A really chill vibe with good comfort. I got two hookah's, both were great while they lasted (of course) but the flavor for one of them did not last as much as it's supposed to. They give you coals, and have immense knowledge on the functionality of a hookah. I could recommend flavors but then that would just limit you to those particulars as they have a huge collection and that too a good one with a selection of products from popular, different high end brands. Parking is a little tight but the staff works with you to get you through, thank you for the experience.
