In all honestly this smoke ship is on another level. The second you walk in, the vibe is perfect!! clean, welcoming, and somehow they always have exactly what you’re looking for before you even know what you want yourself! The ownership here deserves an award for customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about people and aren’t just trying to make a quick sale. Everyone is super knowledgeable, patient, and actually takes time to help you out without making you feel rushed. Rare these days. Their selection is insane too 😍 everything is stocked, organized, high quality, and priced fairly. It’s basically impossible to leave empty handed. I walked in “just to browse” and left with half the store and zero regrets. Honestly this shop deserves a Michelin star. I don’t even know if smoke shops can get Michelin stars, but if they can, this place needs three of them immediately ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (max is 3) This place has completely ruined other smoke shops for me. Now everywhere else feels like buying snacks at a gas station. If you’re in Chicago and you’re not coming here, you’re doing it wrong. 10/10 experience every single time. 10000/10 for everything.

This place is so good I’m starting to think the owners trained at Harvard for customer service ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Seriously though, best smoke shop in Chicago by far. The staff is always cool, helpful, and somehow remembers exactly what you like. The store is clean, stocked, and dangerous for your wallet because you WILL leave with more than you planned on buying.😝😝 At this point the city should make this place a historical landmark😋 Don't waste your time going somewhere else. Get in your car, taxi, bus, bike or just run and HURRY to see for yourself. You wont leave empty handed.
