The staff is real solid. They actually know their stuff, answer questions without acting snobby, and get you in and out fast if you're on a quick run. The best part is they have a gaming machine.

This place claims to no longer sell nicotine products. I went on a monday trying to buy a nicotine product and the guy at the counter said to come back in a few days, this seemed a little sketchy but I agreed. When I went back a few days later they said they do not sell them anymore. Very weird. Do not waste your time with this place, they seem to only focus on their sad slot machine business. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

[EDIT] I was informed, by a much further away establishment (where I was able to get what I needed), that perhaps there is a shortage on things due to the current tariff situation on China imports which is currently barring, I believe, all China-made products to the US (if this is true, umm... we're about to have some problems, I think). Still, why couldnt the man tell me this instead of pretending like he didnt know what I was talking about abd trying to sell me products I very clearly was not asking for? So this review will stay, as is, for now.* The lady who works here gets 5 stars. The guy, however, is whom I'm writing this for and inspired this negative review. For whatever reason, he refuses to sell me the item she did and won't explain why he's lying and pretending like we don't both know he has the item I've been here 3 times asking for. Won't be a bacl to have my intelligence insulted a 4th..

I haven't had a chance to use the live gaming machines in there yet, but I thought that was pretty unique and cool to have those machines right there in the smoke shop. I'm a loyal customer; my smoke shops that I dedicate myself in going to are like a second home for me in any excuse to hang out longer than I need to I'm down with. I've been all over Chicago window shopping at smoke shops and this one has some of the best prices hands down. The customer service skills of the employees that I've met there are phenomenal so I always feel good as when I'm walking out.

Good staff the way communication was good
