My credit card was recently stolen and someone attempted to make a purchase at this location. I went to inquire and the guy working acted offended that I would ask if anything seemed off with recently declined purchases. I don’t need sass - a simple sorry we don’t have that information would have been sufficient.

They have a large humidor and I’d say about 70% of the cigars and boxes that hold them have mold growing on them. Serious health hazard that I’m shocked hasn’t been reported.

gummies are overcharged! i checked the 3chi website after months of buying for them and saw that they were charging over the retail price for their edibles. used to be my go to place but a recent staff change has me reconsidering. i went in today and bought a pack of gummies and when i came back my wife pointed out that they were expiring in two weeks exactly on halloween. i called the store and then went back and got it replaced with a different smaller pack and a preroll but i also noticed that he placed the pack back on display🤨that was strange, i wasn’t given any apology or anything for my purchase and i just sort of left with my exchanged item

Sweetest man was working there and was extremely helpful beyond normal courtesy. And sold me an amazing vape on top of it. Absolutely loved this place.

Friendly service the guy let me wait for my Uber inside the store he was very knowledgeable products they they served they had a variety of different tobacco products
