I hate to say it….it sucks here! From the cover charge on a Friday at 9:30pm being $20 per person and EMPTY is insane in the membrane. We brought in a liquor bottle that they also charged $7 per person ($14). They provided cups and ice for free to us. GREAT Hookah per person was $15 and they had numerous flavors. Seems like they charge what they want to whoever! Others started to walk in and I didn’t see them pay. Very selective on who they wanted to charge for this establishment. Good R&B music, dirty old bathrooms and the staff was in there chowing down on Burger King and Wingstop. This place needs a huge renovation! Seats are split open and the lounge section has old gum stains. Filth! It’s been 10+yrs since I’ve been here and yea, it’s No for me!

Very unprofessional! Very money hungry we came with a party of 13 people to celebrate a death in the family . & they told us to leave because tink was coming i and they needed more room . So they kicked us out to put someone else in our section. We found that out after someone else came to talk to us and revealed to us why they was removing us after we paid at least $600 to get in here to celebrate a death birthday . They was very unprofessional didn't even communicate with us why we had a grave period outside of everyone they was there . They singled us out because it was a group with us , i don't appreciate it and i feel like my money was not valued . Be aware of Chicago and their scams bc other hoooah lounges have never did that to us .

Place is a complete RIPOFF! A fee to get in, a fee for each person smoking a hookah, a fee if you want to smoke anything besides hookah, they DON’T have a bar, you sit on the floor like a sleepover or you sit in chairs that are falling apart. Service is HORRIBLE the place is HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE! Then you get in there and it’s a dry atmosphere with seating so close you’re basically sitting with the other guests. Complete waste of money and time!

Wonderful music and atmosphere, Taylor was very helpful and welcoming. She was attentive and answered all of our questions about hookah flavors to try! Will definitely be back 😊

🗣️THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! They charge $20 for a cover fee, that doesn’t go towards your hookah. You will be asked to sit on an elevated FILTHY floor with dirty pillows and the carpet is dirty as well. Their sitting areas are very small and cramped with little tables. They charge $4 for a bottle of water. They charge $7 per bottle you have. They also charge $25 per person for the hookah. You are ONLY allowed to stay for one hour and ten minutes, unless they’re picking and choosing who they want to stay. The server was terrible and not communicating well. THIS PLACE GETS NO STARS FROM ME!!! I SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES BUT THIS ONE IS DEFINITELY A NO FOR ME!!! IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE DO SO BECAUSE THE HYPE IS NOT WORTH IT!!!
