I wouldn’t give this place any stars, unfortunately I had to give at least one star to write this review! I’ll take it from the top! A friend of mine purchased her vape at Marios’s.She advised me at the time they didn’t have one exactly like hers but they had one similar and it was their last one. I agreed to purchase it for $100.00 it’s a Mag 18 kit, please remember KIT!! Once I received it of course I couldn’t wait to put it together.I’ve owned previous vapes in the past, no biggie! Right away I noticed there was no batteries included. I had my friend to reach out to him, since she has been doing business with the guy! She did and he stated batteries are not included and charged me an additional $20 for the batteries. I’ve Never purchased a vape kit that did not come with batteries! I received the batteries and for two weeks I was a happy camper. The third week, the vape is not powering up as usual. I tell my friend, hey where is the shop I have to take it back. Due to work, I work late evenings majority of the time. The one day I decide to take it back, I powered it up. It decide to come on. I used it for a bit then it shut down again. At this time I have to travel for work, I’m out of town for a week. When I return I make it to Mario’s and a young lady is working. She isn’t the one that my friend purchased the vape from and she isn’t educated on vapes, so she call her colleague. I decided to leave the vape at the shop, so the problem can be investigated . I leave a sticky note on the vape with my first name, last name, and my telephone number. The entire day I never received a phone call. My friend that made the purchase for me picked it up. She call and told me that guy looked at it and said that he played with the vape all day and he came up with it was dropped and the battery door is broken (which it is not broken)!!!!! I met my friend retrieved the vape. I’m able to close and open the battery door with no problems latch isn’t broken. The vape magically comes on again but powered down shortly. The next day, which happen to be today! Once I get off work I decided to call the man that sold and investigated the vape. He was very rude! #1 he kept talking over me, #2 he went from the battery door is broken to it “probably was dropped in water”, which neither happened.Then he kept referring to me as sweetheart VERY unprofessional!!! I asked him several times to refer to me as my name that I provided to him several times. We were not getting to any resolve over the phone. I told him that I would be on my way there shortly! I grabbed the box that the kit came in and I actually read the side of the box that shows what comes with the kit and I’ll be damned batteries were suppose to come in the kit. Yet mine was sold seperately! I arrived! I began to speak and guess who’s speaking over me again? I pleaded for him to STOP! After all the reason why I’m physically at the location because I couldn’t get him to listen over the phone. He couldn’t show me where the battery door was broken, that’s because it isn’t! He tried to convince me that it’s suppose to latch the opposite way and that clearly doesn’t make sense! As there is no hook for it to go in opposite direction! I also asked why he sold me batteries seperately ? As I showed him the box , he said batteries don’t come and vape kit !! Why would a company such as MAG 18 put something on a product box that’s not included in the kit?! All he offered me was to pay half for a new vape!! Why would I spend another dollar with a shop that does not stand by the quality of its products? I would NEVER! Why would I do business with a shop that lack professionalism? As this guy continue to call me sweetheart after being asked several times not to!!!! The visit to the shop was no better than the phone call. After I became very upset, I was asked to leave. I told him I’ve been kicked out better places, then he proceed to call me BROKE! ‘After spending $120 for a non-essential item!!!! I was appalled, he can’t be serious right? DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!

Never open when they supposed to be. Reviews from over a year ago say the same thing. They responded saying they’ll do better. This review is confirmation they didnt

They were cash only randomly so I had to leave and come back. Selection is very minimal. I got a delta 9 gummy that was $12 I’ve gotten the exact same one same dosage and brand before for under $7 every time. Way overpriced. Downtown the smoke shops are cheaper. That’s wild
