I can’t say enough great things about Morgan Tobacco Hub. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The store is spotless, beautifully organized, and has one of the best selections of cigars, tobacco, accessories, and smoking products I’ve seen. The real standout, though, is Shiraz. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping customers are second to none. He takes the time to answer questions, makes thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy, and clearly cares about making sure every customer leaves happy. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such outstanding customer service. Whether you’re a seasoned cigar enthusiast or just getting started, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is welcoming, prices are fair, and the attention to detail is evident in every part of the business. Shiraz has built something special, and it shows. Easily one of the best tobacco shops in Chicago. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Morgan Tobacco Hub to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service. Keep up the amazing work, Shiraz!

Has everything you need. Very friendly and awesome customer service. If you go ask for my friend Mirza, that’s who helped me out with the purchase of my new hookah.

Way over priced on everything for mostly imported glass. Look elsewhere

Big salute to the young man MIRZA from Morgan tobacco hub, what a good genuine person who’s always giving me the best cigars with the best hospitality

First time shopping here. Will be back again. Thanks Mirza for the recommendations.
