I came in to get nicotine/vape juice - the lady employee spent 20 minutes explaining to me how to use the products, then got home I realized one of the components were missing from my bag. I called the store immediately and the lady said she didn't sell us the juice which is crazy because she spent so long telling me how to use it! That's absurd she didn't sell me the juice with the nicotine after the whole interaction. So I called on the phone amd she said she didn't sell it to us and I'll said I'll be back to get the juice, and got to the store a few minutes later. Then when I walked into the store I come up to her and stated I'm back and she gives me the blank FLOURIDE STARE and is acting like she has no idea what I'm there for. Her co-worker saw I had my jaw to the floor and said something like "Oh I'm good with faces I'll get you the product" and sells me it. I'm still confused how she didn't sell me the juice after the entire product demonstration and failed to get me the juice upon returning (this was all within like a 30 minute time frame). Seriously so incompetent. To make it even worse, half of the products she was showing me were empty so she had to go through a bunch of bottles to find one that was actually filled. What a mess.

Denise took me right of way. Super helpful. I’ll definitely be back.
