First off, I Love Love Love this shop, not only because of their excellent customer service but because of the superb quality of their products and all the different things they have. They always gotta sale and even if they don't the prices are undeniably reasonable. I Love it here + it's in the area.

This is one of the worst smoke shops in Chicago. The customer service is terrible. The two guys working there had very nasty attitudes one heavy set guy and a shorter one. They were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience very unpleasant. I won’t be coming back.

This shop is so dope! They got everything you need and will make sure that you’re walking away with the best deals! Come shop with them!!

The cigar selection is is pretty impressive along with the variety of wraps for non tobacco users and lots of other things and I highly recommend you stop by ASAP

Unfortunately I have to change my review on the smoke shop from 5 to 1 cause they are not keeping up with Cigar orders I been waiting for two months for them to get the cigar me & wife smoke back In the store & never happened, they need to bring back JoJo he was on top of everything in that shop
