NICE AND HONEST! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TIER! They ALWAYS have consistency with their mood and service! ALL THE TIME! They don’t hassle you, let you smell whatever and answer ANY questions you may have. Just super, super nice! Very patient and respectful! SHOUT OUT TO YOU GUYS! I will for sure shout you guys out in the block club meetings for this area! SMOKE87Shop is the real shop over east!

I had a bad experience at the smoke shop on 103rd, so I decided to try this location instead. I’m really glad I did. AJ was the one helping me and he was the best at explaining everything and answering all my questions. I even asked if this was the same owner as the 103rd location and he told me this is the only location he owns. The customer service here was excellent and the experience was completely different. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

I recently stopped by Smoke Shop 87, and honestly the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue is the pricing. Everything in the store is marked up way higher than what you can find at other smoke shops around Chicago. Items that normally cost a reasonable amount elsewhere are priced here like luxury products, which just doesn’t make sense for a neighborhood shop. What makes it worse is that the store sits right in a community where people are already dealing with enough economic pressure. Instead of offering fair prices to local customers, it feels like the store is taking advantage of the lack of nearby options and charging whatever they want. The selection itself is decent, and the store is stocked with the usual items you’d expect, but that doesn’t really matter when the prices are this high. At the end of the day, most customers just want fair pricing and a business that respects the community it serves. There are plenty of other smoke shops in Chicago where you can get the same products for much less. Until the pricing becomes more reasonable, this isn’t a place I’d recommend stopping by.

This is my new smoke shop!! The one around my house closed so I went here!! They had everything I needed!! I definitely will be going back again and again!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE FUNNY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL ALL WRAPPED UP IN ONE 🤩 THE VARIETY IS AWESOME IF THEY DON'T CARRY IT THEN THEY HAVEN'T MADE IT YET 🙄🤣
