Best prices in town. Stop by check them out.

Staff and/or owners lying about pricing. American spirit rolling tobacco has been priced at $8, $10, $16, and $15 per patch, on different trips. One man who claimed to be the manager swears it’s been $16 the 4 years he worked there. The owner insists the price had been consistent, despite the fact that I personally have paid 4 different prices. One trip an employee actively said that he would mark it at 10 and keep it at 10 to make sure we came back. Wherever the disconnect is happening, be it owner’s policies or staff doing their own thing, the inconsistency is entirely unprofessional and the refusal to honor prices previously quoted is abysmal customer service, regardless of the reasons behind the promise or the authority of the person making the promise. If you want to empower employees to mind the store while you’re gone, you should stand by their promises to customers. Otherwise, be there to deal with customers yourself, or find staff who won’t make promises they can’t keep.
