I had such a great experience at this smoke shop. The selection is honestly one of the best I've seen--whether you're looking for glass, disposables, accessories, or something more specific, they have a huge variety and everything feels thoughtfully curated rather than random or cluttered. They even have a dedicated cigar room, which really elevates the whole place. It's well-maintained and stocked with a solid range of options, whether you're a casual smoker or more of a cigar enthusiast. On top of that, they carry kratom products, a wide selection of THC items, candles, incense, beautiful lighters and an impressive display of glass--everything from simple pieces to really unique, high-end bongs in all different styles and designs. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to answer questions without making me feel rushed or upsold. You can tell they know their products and genuinely want to help you find what works best for you. Especially Hussy--who runs the store almost every single day. It cannot be overstated how hard he works and how kind and knowledgeable he is! He truly deserves a raise. On top of that, he is known locally as a neighborhood-therapist for all of the emotional support and guidance he gives to the customers. Whether you're going through a breakup, or dealing with something else, you can count on Hussy for emotional support. The shop itself is also incredibly clean and organized, which makes a big difference. Everything is easy to browse, well displayed, and not overwhelming like some other places can be. Overall, it's just a really solid spot--great products, great people, and a really comfortable shopping experience. I stop by here very often, and I look forward to my visits and my chats with Hussy. He truly makes my day!

If I could give the trove smoking treasures a higher review they have very very very nice products and the worker was very very freaking helpful so stop on in

I had an amazing experience at this smoke shop. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find exactly what I needed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a huge selection of vapes, cigars, hookah flavors, and accessories at great prices. I really appreciate the honest recommendations and customer service. Definitely my go-to shop from now on!

My guy knew how to guide and offer me quick options as I am from California and he showed me offerings not available there and got me out the store in 5 mins with everything i needed. Thank you bro!

Stopped by Trove Smoking Treasures in River North for a quick evening run and it was solid. Grabbed a couple cigars, some rolling papers, and a lighter. Staff was chill and actually knew their stuff, didn’t feel rushed at all. Spent around $30-35. In and out quick, easy stop when you just need quality basics downtown. Good selection of glass pieces, wraps, and general smoke shop essentials without feeling overpriced for downtown. Definitely my go-to in the area.
