Updating my review- I come here every single week for decently priced Kratom. And never argue price. Always pay cash. Always have no issue. Came in yesterday and got Kratom and once home and package was open the Kratom powder itself smelled/tasted wrong. And while sometimes that does happen it also really hurt my stomach. Told the clerk something was off and he told me sorry nothing I can do. Couldn’t even knock off a couple bucks from the new purchase I was making to replace the foul product he had sold me the day before. Like I’ve never tried to return anything and he wasn’t willing to listen despite coming for years now. My previous review was bribed out of me by the guys that run the shop with a discount on my next purchase so clearly their customer service isn’t up to snuff.

Stopped by after I got off a long shift today and wanted to get a new bong because mine broke last night. Since I was so tired I didn’t realize that I grabbed a bubbler instead of small bong without a bowl (I have one at home that I like) which was what I wanted. I got home and went to clean it (mind you it was filthy and covered in dust) I used my usual water and a little bit of rubbing alcohol when I realized that it was in fact a bubbler and I went right back to the store. It hadn’t even been 15 minutes. When I asked if I could swap it out the guy at the front said he could smell the weed or tobacco and no one would buy it. When I explained it was rubbing alcohol he was smelling he said he didn’t know what alcohol smelled like since he doesn’t drink. Ridiculous. A total waste of $50 bucks. There’s a ton of much better smoke shops on this strip with actual good customer service. I’ve seen other reviews that they’re racist too. AVOID

I have been coming to this shop for years. Today will be my last visit. The shop keeper with glasses was disgustingly rude and racist towards me. ( For context I usually come in by happenstance when the other shop keeper is there who's very kind and always cuts deals if you buy multiple of the single edibles. I assumed this was shop policy, and asked if I could get the same deal on the edibles. The shop keeper proceeds puts on blaccent and proceeds to tell me " you ain't gettin' no deals." And assumed I stoled his garbage pre-rolls, when had just placed them in a slighty different spot from where I picked it up from.)

The don’t actually open at 10am and they always seem to have “low inventory” when I try to purchase something.

Do not shop here. I visited around 3pm and had to knock to be let in. After making my purchase, the clerk told me, “For future reference, always keep your hands out of your pockets when entering the store—the seller might be doubtful or confused.” There was nothing about my behavior that warranted suspicion. This was a clear case of racial profiling. If a store feels the need to keep the doors locked and treats paying Black customers with suspicion simply for wearing a hoodie and hat, they should not be in business. Completely unacceptable experience.
