This was my first time stopping by Whole Leaf Smoke & Vape Shop, and I was very impressed with their wide selection of products. The owner went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and showed exceptional hospitality. While I was browsing, I noticed that he treated every customer who walked in with the same friendliness and personal attention. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. Because of the great experience and excellent selection, this will be my go-to shop for all of my smoking needs. Highly recommend!

So I have passed by this place 1 million times and I finally gave them a go today. When I tell you hands-down, the best customer service that I have ever had at a smoke shop and I have been to Michigan California and here. Super helpful super patient treated me just like royalty. I will absolutely be coming back. Also, they did not ask me to leave a review. I very seldomly do leave reviews so this was very much so of my own doing.

Jay is the guy to go to. He's highly knowledgeable of all the products in the store. 💯 % and actually takes the time with each customer to make sure they get what they need and leave satisfied. He's got awesome prices and deals on everything in the shop. Ive been coming here for years and Jay is now like family. Highly respected in the neighborhood.

The shop is small, but have tons of stuff. The gentleman was super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and got us what we came for. Will definitely come back.

I’ve been coming to Jay for years. I love his unique glass selection. The shop is full of gorgeous pieces that won’t break the bank. Definitely one of the best shops in the city and my personal favorite. I’ll always come back for more.
