Great experience! First time experience today from ATL and was greeted and informed of how it works. I read reviews anyway before I visit any establishment so I already knew it was BYOB, you can bring food, they have cups & ice, and seating is 1st come, 1st serve. 2 cigar minimum or $25 cut fee. No seats in main room, but plenty of seats in VIP room, where we sat. Bathrooms can be updated and there were no paper towels. Had to meet friends, so needed to leave early, but would definitely return. Oh...I called prior to arrival and no one answered. I didn't like that.

Windy City Cigar Lounge is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure guests had a great experience. The vibe was on another level. Relaxed, classy, and full of good energy. Whether you're there to enjoy a premium cigar, unwind after a long day, or just spend time with friends, this is the perfect place to do it. If you're looking for a spot where you can kick back, enjoy yourself, and soak in an amazing atmosphere, Windy City Cigar Lounge is definitely worth a visit. I'll absolutely be back!
This is my first visit to Chicago. I enjoyed every minute of this establishment. Great atmosphere and even a better crowd. You can bring your own sticks and it’s BYOB. I definitely would go back. Maybe even tonight.
I wanted to reach out and personally thank you for the incredible experience my family and I had at your lounge this past weekend. We were in town for a family reunion, and you and your staff truly went above and beyond to take care of us. You have an awesome atmosphere and a great selection of cigars, but what really stood out was the top-notch customer service. Windy City Cigar Lounge owes me nothing! I will definitely stop by again next time I’m in the Chicago area!
Saw reviews and images online and took some out of town guests there. The selection of cigars is pretty good. There is something for everyone. You can bring you own cigars but if you do its $25 per person or you have to buy two sticks from the establishment. Yes, there are plenty of screens. But on the night I went, a Wednesday, they were singing karaoke and the large 9 unit screen was used for the words of the songs. We had to watch the game on a smaller screen against a far wall. Never the less, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Somebody clogged the toilet and the water ran all over the floor in the main seating area towards the end of the night which was a problem it looked like they had experienced before. Would I go again. Yes. But I would sit far from the toilet. Oh, and parking is a challenge. You have to park on 43rd or on east of 43rd on Prairie. And finally, its BYOB for drinks, cups, and ice. But the Cut Rate liquors on 47th has all you could ever need.
