You should maybe call before attempting to shop at this location. Four out of four tries on different days there was a sign on the door " Will be back in 30 mins" I waited around for an hour in the neighborhood and returned and it was still closed. Today I went and a sign on the door said, "Closed due to emergency!" I wonder of the owner knows that his cashier takes lots of breaks during the day during lunch hours. I give up, i guess I will have to travel to the burbs to buy my flavored vapes....or call before wasting time going to a store that is open sporadically.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.. I recently purchased some ZYNs at this location. Immediately I knew something was wrong.. the taste, texture and look was all wrong. I thought that I was in my head so I had a few throughout Saturday night. I woke up extremely ill out of nowhere this morning. Today I did some research on fake zyns and found that I had bought FAKE ZYNS from this location. What they sold me was not as advertised and is extremely dangerous. I went to the store and confronted them and was told I can have my money back but only for the fake zyns in return. I am extremely disgusted in the fact that they are okay with selling a counterfeit item and false advertisement. The owner knows exactly what they are doing and I will be taking this to the next level. Real zyns from Walgreens on the left side. What they sold me on the right.

Not a good smoke shop and there are plenty of other more affordable places in this area with much better service. I came in shortly after they opened as I was curious about their selections. I chose a few items to purchase and when I attempted to check out, I was told that they were only accepting cash. It was weird to me because I didn’t see any signage about it being a cash only smoke shop nor did I see anything about cc minimums. My purchase was around $20. When I said “nevermind then” and started walking away (because I didn’t have cash on me at the time) the person tried calling me back into the store. For what? Idk…if they were only accepting cash and I didn’t have any? Weird experience. I refuse to return since. There’s a decent liquor store a few doors down going toward Irving Park and they have an okay tobacco selection.

Not a good spot. Live on the corner and try to give this place my business but they persist in just choosing the hours they feel like being open. it’s 9p for reference to the hours on the door.

Just played one of their slot machines and won 45 off of a dollar. Other times i continue and lose. But i wanted to try 5 dollars and the employee wouldn't let me play the machines anymore and said they closed for the rest of the day but they close at 10pm! I might have won the jackpot. Thats not right or is it even legal cause I believe the city of Chicago is their partner and maybe they thought they could get their money back plus more. Man just when i felt better my mom is 8n hospital. Very wrong indeed
