I had an outstanding experience at Fusion Smoke Shop, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Sam! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Sam genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience, and it definitely shows. The store was clean, well-organized, and had an excellent selection of products.
