Next Level has a very clean shop and offers a ton of different products. Staff is professional and knowledgeable about their inventory. They carry various tobacco & nicotine products and smoking accessories; cigarettes, loose tobacco & rolling papers, a plethora of vapes, cigars, pipes, hookah, from basic to beautifully crafted top shelf pieces. They also carry some clothing, hats, candles, room spray, incense, and nice perfume, as well as gummies and a variety of cute ziplocks. Im sure I forgot a few things; see photos. Highly recommend.

I have been a loyal customer of this shop for years, but my recent experience was absolutely unacceptable. Upon walking in and greeting the employee politely in Spanish, he responded aggressively, cursing and telling me he doesn't speak the language in a very rude tone. My attempt to clarify that it was simply a greeting and that I was not assuming he spoke Spanish did not de-escalate his hostile attitude. This behavior was disrespectful and felt discriminatory. It is disappointing to see such poor conduct from a representative of a business I have supported for so long.
