Countryside Casa De Montecristo is a must stop if your a traveler that likes to have great choices for cigars. The selection is immense. If you're a cigar lover, this place is a must-visit. They have one of the best selections of cigars I've ever seen, with something for every taste and budget. The lounge is comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Whether you're looking for a rare premium cigar or just want to unwind with a great smoke, Casa de Montecristo is an excellent choice. I'll definitely be back!

This used to be my favorite spot when I lived in the area, with highly professional staff who were respectful and gave stellar recommendations, matched the quality of the cigars with the tone of their service, and huge selection. The last 2 times the staff was holding conversations with people using unprofessional foul language and joking around with off-color remarks. It’s one thing if guests are like this, but where’s the professional, respectful, engaging staff that used to run this place years ago? I’ll still give 4 stats for selection, quality, space, chairs, TV’s etc. But seriously, bring back the guys who used to be professionals who could run circles around other cigar lounges.

Didn't realize the downstairs membership was this outstanding. They tend not to push it but man they should mention it more. I've been coming on and off for two years and didn't realize how affordable the membership is. Either way, keep up the great work. Tony

This is an amazing cigar Lounge, this Lounge is for cigar aficionados as well as newcomers. I like the fact that the staff they are knowledgeable and are welcoming, I have been to this location many of times and I am considering getting a membership. They have arguably one of the most vast Selections of Cigars in the region, you would be hard pressed not to find any cigar that you were looking for. They have a separate humidor for all high-end and hard to find cigars. The public seating area is very nice, however, it is limited. This place truly shines by being invited by a VIP member and being able to experience the VIP Lounge and the lower level, accessible by a key fob, and elevator, or stairs. In the VIP area, you have many tables and chairs and booth seating, you have a conference room, a movie theater, and another private seating area, there are TVs everywhere. And there is a functioning bar, where gas can enjoy non-alcoholic soft drink drinks that are complementary, complementary water, complementary coffee. I believe on the weekends and perhaps on certain weeknights, there is a young lady that works down there that happily serves guests down there, only further enhancing the experience by not having to get up and get whatever you need from behind the bar. Bathrooms/restrooms: I am a stickler for clean restrooms, and the restrooms in this place are always clean, and they have a clipboard for hourly inspections of the restrooms. This place attracts a very diverse crowd of both young and old, all careers and businesses that you can think of, a melting pot of all people. I never felt out of place or not welcomed. The membership and pricing really shines here, because the pricing for your monthly membership serves as a credit in order to purchase cigars and accessories, so essentially the membership pays for itself on a monthly basis.
