Very, very friendly people that work there know what they’re talking about when I need help. I am prices are really good. I have no complaints. I appreciate them being close to home. Can I use a wheelchair and in the summertime? I can ride up there in my chair, so thank you guys. I used to go to the one that was in Huntley, but I moved now to Crystal Lake so I go to this one now.

the girl with the long hair was so helpful and nice she explained the product I was buying very well she was awesome definitely coming back

Best selection of vape gear by far. Staff is top notch, always helpful. Kyle was not just wise, but a swell guy as well

Wise Guys is a store that never lets down. They have the newest products in stock, a wide selection, and always friendly and helpful towards new or old vapers.

Not impressed with these guys today. I arrived at 9:31 to buy my device for the weekend and there was a sign on the door that said be back in 10 minutes. You havnt even been open an hour… how could you possibly need 10 minutes to yourself already. Call me impatient but I also sat there for 12 minutes and called and NOTHING. Staff if always friendly and helpful but like this just doesn’t sit right with me.
