First time visiting with Kevin at Vapor Haus, definitely not the last! He is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Questions about anything vape related, he has all the answers. Vape shop I frequented for years went out of business leaving me with no alternative. Thank goodness I found Kevin! Although I live in the city, I will continue to frequent his top-notch business for anything vape or CBD related products. I recommend his business 100% !

When I go to Kevin's it is always a wonderful experience. The man is very passionate about what he does. His store is by far the cleanest vape shop I've been in. He is very friendly and will take the time to answer all questions you might have. He never talks down to you and makes you feel stupid for asking questions. We need more business owners like Kevin. The prices on his products are very good and you know you're getting the best quality.

Absolutely stellar customer service. It's very rare these days to be treated as though my little purchases really are important to the folks that run this small business - but that's exactly how I have been made to feel. My business IS important to them, small though it may be. They sincerely wanted me to be happy and more than satisfied. I can happily report I am both. THAT'S how you build a great business, maybe especially so today, when small businesses are under attack and in grave danger - literally, several million of them - right now. Forget 'politics' - small business runs this country, and they need our help this very day to survive and yes, thrive. Highest possible marks for Vapor Haus & CBD of Dundee. Great place to do business. And nice - very, very nice! - people, too.

Today was my first time going to Vapor Haus. I was greeted by Joe and he was so nice. I had a million questions as I haven’t been in a vape shop in years. I always ordered online. He walked me through everything and was very patient. The shop is very clean and very welcoming. Joe is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want to start vaping or have been vaping for awhile and are looking for a shop, I suggest you stop by Vapor Haus. Thanks Joe for everything and I can’t wait to try out the Ry 4 you suggested!!

I really like Vapor Haus & CBD.. they have a virtual shooting gallery, you should really check it out. I have almost everything you need and CBD oil and mods, tanks and flavoring. They are a great couple of guys like talking to him. At least going check them out. I have not looked for another vape house since I found the Vapor Haus & CBD and thank you for your service. I'll try to get in to see you guys soon. I don't usually give out reviews but I think they deserve this one. Thanks guys!
