Really cool shop with a huge selection plus they have a drive-thru!

I ordered several items. After a week the courier SpeedX started sending an email every day stating I'd get my package, with signature required. Every day I was home and every day it was delayed, for nearly 2 weeks. Element vape uses Route to handle their shipping disputes who only issues refunds through PayPal, not the credit card used for purchase. This has been ridiculous. I've had to repurchase my items through another source and can't get my refund in the way in which I paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY USED TO ACTUALLY DELIVER WHAT THEY OFFERED. NOW THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE HORRIBLE SHIPPING COMPANY THEY FORCE ON YOU.
