Going to this shop was the best decision I ever made! I have really wanted to check-out a new vape shop because I've been unsatisfied with the current ones that I go to. I am fairly new to the vape world and have been using the same type of vape for a while even though I've been unhappy with it. I haven't had much luck at other stores or online with feeling confident about what to get And it's beyond stressful. So in hopes of searching for a new shop to visit, I originally called Cool CloudsRight away because they were open at 9:00 a.m. & to make sure that they had different devices I could check out! Once I got on the phone with the owner he was so beyond helpful, I already felt Like this was the perfect place to go. Once I got to the shop and walked in the door, I already felt such a good vibe & was helped right away. Tom and Cari both helped me out so much today and answered so many of my questions that I honestly feel more confident about vaping & understanding vapes/vaping. I legitimately have learned so much today from them! The amount of knowledge that they both have is so extensive and the time that they take showing you and teaching you about what you're getting and how things work really has made such an impact! I think it's awesome that you get 10% off when it's your first time at the shop and how they use a point system that earns you discounts in the future! I highly recommend going to this shop! So incredibly grateful and thankful for all the help that I got today. I really think I have found my new vape home! 😊

Love this place, hopefully its not permanently closed. also got a good kick out of the weirdos in the 1 star reviews. XD I've never thought anyone there was a "douche bag" and never had an issue with the price and if there's something wrong with your mod maybe contact the people who actually made it versus complaining about the people who just are selling the products for someone else. anyways.... they have the best selection I can find in the area, all the other "smoke/ vape" stores just have disposable crap products. They're always cordial and despite the tax hike recently (which is once again well out of their control for those of you who don't understand how the world works) their prices are actually on point with the quality. The only issue I've ever had was with wicks... which ... once again.... is not something they make in the store so why would i blame them for someone elses faulty products. Provided they stay in business they will always have my patronage. So thank you for existing and hopefully we can see you guys soon!

It’s a sad day when you find out that your favorite vape shop has closed their doors!! And the reason for it is absolutely disgusting!! When is it going to end? Wow…I started vaping back in 2014 but, I moved to the Southside in 2017. Started off as an occasional drop in but, I became a regular monthly by 2020. Since I work overnights, being able to call ahead of time to have my goodies set aside for me was a God send! On my day off (like today), I’d pick up my usual “MilkOfThePoppy” & GTX coils. Cool Clouds was also the only vape shop I knew that would add nic correctly and used high quality at that. I wish I was on social media more because had I known, I would’ve loved to have stop by one last time and talk with the Cool Clouds fam…..As well as give them some business before closing their doors. I’ve never had a bad experience at CC throughout all the years I’ve been going there and even after all the recent increases in taxes, CC still sold their products at a fair price. A lot of you complaining probably didn’t vape back in 2014 (when we had real vapes), prices were much worse. B&M stores like CC are the reason “old school” vapers are still around. All the people that quit cigarettes in recent years with the help of COOL CLOUDS must be devastated!! I’m gutted…truly. I’m ashamed at the FDA and state legislators for carrying out such injustice! Thank you for all your years of service and dedication Cool Clouds! Hope to see you guys soon 🤞🙏🏼.

What a phenomenal place! I went in there looking for a specific disposable vape brand and flavor. They had exactly what I was looking for and so much more. The woman who helped me, "D" went above and beyond with what I needed. She was able to answer all my questions that other shops were not able to provide me with . She was polite, intelligent, personable, informative, well mannered, etc. I believe good customer service is very hard to find nowadays, but "D" proved to be a breath of fresh air! I will continue to take my hard earned money to this establishment. They offered to order anything I wanted to try. The place was well organized and I could tell any product I was to buy from there was top of the line and great quality. Definitely turned this first time customer into a regular! Thank you D for everything...it was greatly appreciated!
