I really hate to give this place 2 stars it deserves so much more overall, but the issue today made all the good times seem insignificant in comparison, im gonna hit the good things about this place before I say my issue with it. This store has amazing selection, in the past they have had very helpful stuff even though that seems to change frequently, in general this store is great , my only typical complaint is the cash only but I get there reasoning and am not blind to why they would do that. My real issue comes from today where I made a purchase using cash around 12:15 pm to 12:30 pm, i purchased a ccell palm pro which im super happy they had i mean they arent easy to find since you cant order them from the manufacturer but when I got there the guy quoted me 55 I thought that was high but I was willing to swallow the cost under the sake of not paying for shipping and convience tax however now after getting home I see the product is listed for 45 on the box which means I was charged an additional 10 dollars. I did fscotr in tax with TX on the 55 I paid right around 60 so I think like 59.68 pr something like that, well I looked into the tax and all and that makes sense thats fine but if the box price was correct it should have only cost me around 50 granted once again its just 10 bucks, but 10 bucks means the difference between me eating or not sometimes. Well whatever maybe it was an old sticker, a misprint, or something maybe it wasn't done with malicious intention, but regardless I still feel weird about it that like the box says 45 I was charged 55 and then its ended up at 60 vs 50. I could swallow the convenience and shipping tax a lot easier at 50 then I can at 60😮‍💨.

BEWARE, for your own health! TLDR: High life sells unregulated, not up-to standards, and ultimately, unsafe products. All it takes is one look at their sketchy practices. Read for details. Im 22 and have been going to this place since I was 16 (since they were the only shop scummy/desperate enough to be known as “the place that doesn’t id”) and Ive primarily bought vapes (aside from a few easily broken nectar collectors and a FIFTY dollar mini handheld torch that didn’t work a week after purchase). Now, in my 6 years going here… Ive had countless vapes that malfunction, thats not even my issue. It’s the fact that they quite literally have asked (since the start) whether I want my change or not after a purchase? Sometimes they dont even ask, just assume you DONT want your change? On top of that, Ive actually been given my change, only to realize Ive been given 3 dollars instead of the correct $7?? The funniest part, though? They wont EVER give you a receipt, not in SIX years, going multiple times a month have I received a receipt. Thats the part that clearly shows they know they’re being shady. Why cant I have a record of our transaction? Could it be because the change you give me every time is short? As most likely wouldn't, I couldn’t care less about 4 dollars, it’s the principle. It’s the fact this shop is stealing from its customers and we’re supposed to believe that their products are real/ anything remotely close to something that should be inhaled? Yes, Im sure the shop that is willing to piss off its customers over literal pennies goes to GREEEAT lengths to ensure their products are up to standards! Im sure they pay full price for real vapes from the actual companies and not some cost-cutting, black market, fake TRASH. All I have to say is, take a step back and think about how this shop was essentially started by a high schooler that wanted to get rich quick and sold to minors for YEARS (until he got raided). Im sure he cares about the quality of product he sells, right? I mean, I wonder why their RAZ 35k vapes were $18 at a time when that exact vape was $35 at a reputable shop? None of that matters really, it’s just simply adding fuel to the fire that is what makes high life sketchy.

The feminine guy is literally sitting on the counter as we speak while the lot is full of cars waiting on him to “get off break” i even called inside to get an estimate and he never answered. to be sitting there while there a car lot full of customers is insane.
