Since the outlawing of vapes in Wisconsin, it sent me searching for a new vape shop. Wise Guys Vapes is awesome. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They have a really good selection of products. I would recommend everyone to try them. The only drawback is I found a particular E juice I like and since the first time, it is never in stock. If they have an E juice that is very popular, order more of it or offer to hold one and call a customer when they have one. That has never happened and it would be great customer service.

I shouldn’t have to argue with employees about what sale is going on. When it’s plastered on the door I was there Saturday and got the same thing. Every location keeps losing the GOOD employees!!!

Sadly, I will not be returning to this location because the short brown haired girl with the ponytail was extremely rude and unwelcoming today for the last time. She has done similar things on several previous occasions when I have commented on prices being too high or certain flavors never being in stock and she seemed to be personally offended by my remarks, which is also just strange. Today I bought a vape and forgot to test the batteries before walking out the door and immediately turned back to go inside and test the batteries and she told me that because I walked outside they could not replace a vape with a bad battery, even though I was within feet of the door. She barked at me saying I should have read the sign. Technically, she was not in the wrong, however, that is not an excuse to be rude to your customers. Congratulations Wise Guys Vapes! You just lost a customer and potentially more because of referrals which I will no longer be giving to my friends and family. In a highly competitive market such as vapes, I think this is a huge loss and hopefully you guys will consider monitoring the behavior of your employees more closely so they don’t continue to drive away business.

Moved to the area about 2years ago. Just so happened to drive by needed a vape stopped in and immediately was welcomed by associat. They wear very familiar with all the products store was clean and good music. Just a few days ago Amanda from Fox River location helped me out amazing and one other guy i should of asked his name also extremely helpful. I enjoyed the stores atmosphere and work ethic so much i actually just filled out a application. I would love to join the wise guy growing company.
