I arrived at 10:30AM. On a Wednesday no was there. I waited until 11AM still nobody there. Says they open at 10:30. Confused on operating hours. Very unprofessional. Not the first time this has happened.

Sam is wonderful at creating a smooth and friendly customer experience and very courteous. The place could use a visual refresher, but that's all I have to say for anything negative.

Great prices, cash is king of course but they do take credit. Clean, great leaf product, always high quality. Great selection of edibles priced right, and they have sales posted outside as well. Great, knowledgeable, friendly service too. I send everyone I know there, and the deals and quality can't be beat in my opinion. My son and his wife were going to Michigan for deals out there and now comes here, and they live in Springfield! It's worth the trip but I would call first if you're coming a distance since they may need to get more supplies.
