Some sweet glass pieces in there although there markup at zee has got to be about 300 percent with those prices…. I’m looking for a new piece and zee is definitely not where I’m getting it from

Awful customer service. Left with a defective device and no help from them at all. Will not return or recommend

I used to go to the location on dempster for years then switched to this one closer to my house, so maybe about 10 years I’ve been frequenting the zee chain. Both locations are great and literally have had no bad experiences with ANY of the employees there in all my years. Everyone is cool and chill. They have a wide selection of everything you can need smoke-related, very reasonably priced. In fact, what really solidified them in my mind was when I purchased a vape that stopped working after one day and when I went back and told them what happened they let me replace it with a new one. I know vapes are not expensive but it meant a lot to me that they cared and it’s the little things like this that make them awesome and keep their customers loyal. Thanks guys, you rock!

UPDATE: My order finally arrived on October 20. Just wish it didn’t take 2 weeks to ship. The original invoice said it would ship in 1 - 3 business days. Everything arrived in good condition and was packed well. Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase. Placed an order on October 3. They printed out the shipping label the same day. Called their customer service number on October 15 and was told by associate the owner would be there shortly and they would call me back. Never received a phone call back! It’s now October 16 and my item still hasn’t shipped.
