Came from out of town. Originally from granite, bought a vape pod. Ended up getting a bum pod. Tried to talk to Tiffany about it and she was even less than helpful, asked for a phone number for someone above her and she was starting to get confrontational about that. I walked out and was sitting in my car and she walked outside and locked the door to keep me from coming back in, I wouldn’t even leave a 1 star if it was possible. When I called the number she gave on the receipt. It was disconnected. Called the number on Google and no answer,

If I could give no stars I would, went in to get some nic pouches and there was the rudest older blonde lady asking me what did I want and then was making faces as she had her back turned to me. I said well ill spend my money else where I guess you don't want any business. She then continued to make faces as I took my money down the rd to the much nice staffed vape store. I never see anyone in there just me because of that

Don't shop here!!! The lady is rude and doesn't want your business.

Bought a unit there about two weeks ago. It’s junk it’s sporadically lights up and heats up won’t work when I use it. So I walk in to ask for a replacement. Lady behind the counter says “I’m not taking it back or exchanging it that’s not even a good brand. They should’ve explained that to you so I’m not sure what you want me to do.” DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Really enjoyed the customer service I was provided. Mia. Haylee and Tiffany are the sweetest souls ever! I def recommend this place. You get the best products and the best customer service
