The lady working here is very rude and doesn’t seem to have any knowledge about the products they carry. It’s really disappointing dealing with her attitude. The only reason I still shop at this store is because of Jay, the young guy who works here—he’s always kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. I got a geek bar vape it wasn’t working I came back 15 minutes later for an exchange but they said it’s not their problem $32. 00 to the garbage It was a defective product it shows 100% charge and 100% full but still they denied an exchange. Never buy any product from this place. Bunch of scammers 🤬
