Today I came into the store to buy a JUUL.My experience was very positive I really liked the store clerk and was able to ask him endless questions about my purchase he was very helpful and patient with me.The store is very nice and in my opinion a little nicer than similar stores I have been to in the area.

Very well stocked, premium products. Very nice staff. Will shop there again!

Sunday, store says online open at 8am. I called and got no answer but thought maybe they’re with someone. Currently 8:55 AM and still not open. Planned my morning stops this being one of them because they would be “open” drove further than necessary, and based my errands/timing off the fact this store would be open. Now I’m wasting my time and still have to find a place to grab what I need. And this was my last stop before home. Update your hours. Or tell your employees to be there on time. Frustrating and annoying

The Kodo ucans don't work after a day of using it they just quit working don't buy the backwood ones either just a complete waste went there last month and I buy over $100 worth of different batteries for my cart some of the products don't work try them out before you leave if they don't let you try it out

This location confuses me. I needed something quickly today so I decided to stop and when I arrived at the location, there was a be back in five minutes sign up. The open sign was on so I thought, cool, not a problem. The problem happened when I was waiting for 25 minutes and no one ever came back. I was outside with 2 other people and we all decided that waiting wasn’t worthwhile after the five minutes had passed. I tried to call the store and there was no answer or option to leave a voicemail. Maybe I was right to avoid the location based on how uncomfortable it made me previously. If your open sign is on, the door should be open. Otherwise, turn the sign off. I feel like I wasted valuable time trying to secure the items I need to no avail. They don’t even have their phone number on the building if you need help. I had to Google all the info hence why I am now here. Do better, Zee Vapor and if you can’t, Gurnee deserves a better vape shop in that prime location.
