I stopped by this vape shop hoping to find some new products, but I was pretty disappointed. There wasn’t much selection to choose from, and I felt like the inventory was very limited. When I asked for help, the girl working there didn’t seem interested in assisting — her attitude felt cold and unwelcoming, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. I left without buying anything. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Go to kabazz on Narragansett and Forest preserve instead for better treatment. I walk in This place Norridge Tobacco asking if there was a different kind of kratom and the guy behind the counter just puts a bottle in front of my face and said "here" I asked him what made it different and what's in it and he just said "it's kratom" I tried to peel the sticker so that I can read the facts but he wouldn't let me. Meanwhile somebody came in while I was interacting with him and stood behind me. So I said "okay you can keep this bottle." And then I pointed to the brand that I'm used to getting and I said "I'll take this over here." And then I started walking toward the product to stand in front of it. I look back and he is taking the man behind me. He says "hold on" when he looks at me. I found that to be so disrespectful I walked out. I'm not worth his time and neither is my money. (context: me: black female 5'8 mid 30s. Guy behind me: brown skin Latino or Middle Eastern late twenties 5'6) I will always go to kabazz on Forest preserve and Narragansett. Those people are so friendly They always offer a bottle of water and they give each customer special attention.

They have pretty good prices but they rarely open on time, 9:50 am and it’s still closed.

I was just there today and I thought to post a review finally cause I’ve been going on and off for the past 11 years (when I first started smoking, it was a different owner back then) to Norridge tobacco. The guy behind the counter with the dark curly hair is always polite always wants to know how you’re doing. Not only do they have good competitive prices here, but the staff is always really friendly and happy to help. It’s always a pleasure.
