Went to buy a piece from their store. Shady business practices. I understand ID verification. I verified my credit card. They took my money then asked for my ID. Reached out and said I'm not sending some random website my government ID along with my credit card, they told me IF I DIDN'T THEY WOULD KEEP MY MONEY AND PRODUCT. So I reported the fraud to my credit card. If you needed an ID you should have asked before taking money, instead of holding it hostage after. I'll gladly spend money somewhere else that doesn't feel as much as a scam.

Absolutely love this website. Ordered a pokeball attachment aswell as a pivot case for my birthday back in March and they absolutely hooked it up with goodies and made my day 100 times better. I’ve now ordered a new dry top and now just waiting for it to ship😁😁

i live overseas and i was initially skeptical of buying from this business, so i emailed them about some inquiries. excellent customer service was provided, i dont have a single negative thing to write. international shipping took under two weeks i was shocked, i live halfway across the world. thank you so much for all yout help.

It shouldn't have taken me this long to finally write these people a 5 star review but I'm a busy guy and I forget ALOT haha. So back in 2016 my girlfriend checked out the first ever zees smoke shop in Morton grove in need of some stuff for vapes, she soon became close with those people as they we're very nice and had good prices. Fast forward to 2017 zees opened up another location but this time way closer to where we lived in desplanes so I decided to go check it out for myself because of course my girlfriend was hyping up the last location. First day I went into the desplanes zees I was baffled by the inventory they had, and I was just so happy to have a smoke shop that had literally everything I liked so close to me now. Not only did they have the best inventory, and best pricing around but they also had a really cool and nice owner by the name of moose (moose for short cause i forgot his real full name sorry my guy😬) who i soon grew a close bound with over the years, Moose has always been super fair with me when it comes to prices and honestly just having respect for customers by not making them sound/feel stupid when they ask about a certain item thats not in stock or something for example.. I also met another really cool person at that location by the name of Nicki, also super respectful and always made sure I got exactly what I needed at the best price. Fast forward 1 more time into 2021, zees moved all they're best inventory and heady glass to a hoffman estates location and quickly became well known for they're artsy glass and puffco collection! These guys genuinely have glass and puffco products like no other, i get so memorized every time I walk into that shop. Sadly this hoffman location is a little out of the way for me so I don't make it by nowhere near as much as I'd like to, but whenever i need to make a serious purchase on some smoking stuff you best believe I drive all the way to that hoffman location to talk to my people moose and nicki (who transferred from dp location to hoffman) i only make it to the newer hoffman zees a small handful times per year but that doesnt matter because I always get treated like I'm there daily, like how they used to see me all the time at the dp location. They never forget a good customer and I really appreciate that 🫶 I swear by this smoke shop and will continue to recommend all my fellow stoners to this place.
