Staff is always friendly and helpful! Prices are fair, and I always find what I want here. Not to add, but if I had a defective device, the cashier will replace it for me every time.

Tobacco Express always has the freshest cartons in three counties. I smoke camel straights (non-filter). As a premium cigarette, they are difficult to find and even more difficult to find fresh. Tobacco express consistently delivers. While other retail outlets might have Camels that are four months old all the way to 2-4 years old on the shelf, I always have cigarettes manufactured 60 days or fewer days ago from time of purchase because I buy from Tobacco Express. This month I purchased cartons manufactured within the past 30 days. The proprietor always does a great job of provide me the freshest tobacco cigarettes with a smile. It is my hope that Tobacco Express consistently does the same with all of the tobacco products they sell, as they do insuring that the product they sell me is always fresh. FYI, premium products like Lucky Strick, Pall Mall straights, and Camel straights have a code on the bottom of the pack, printed at the factory, which indicates the manufacture date. While the order of the code does change from time to time, it has always been two characters next to one another. Currently third and fourth characters indicate month and year of manufacture date. Third character indicates month alphabetically (A-L indicating first through twelfth month of the year). Fourth character indicates year if manufacture (0-9 indicating last numeral of the year manufactured for corresponding decade).

This store is now under new ownership. I miss the Arabian guys that used to run this place because they were so down to earth and treated you like a human being. Don't expect that now with these new Hindu owners. They really don't speak at all and are there to just take your money. Their cigars appear to be neglected and the prices are really not competitive. I once observed the employee sell those popular vapes to a minor. I'm not sure how they are getting away with that. But anyhow, there are far better places that are much appreciative of me as a customer that I would rather spend my hard earned money with.

This place has fallen off massively from when I used to frequent it. Part of this seems to be new owners who show significantly less passion about their cigars than Jacob and crew who used to run the store. Immediately upon walking into the humidor, one’s nose is attacked by the smell of mold, and the humidity can be felt, i can only guess it exceeds 80%. Sadly, most of the nude cigars are coated with a fuzzy layer of mold, some of these sticks going for $30-$40 a piece (sorry guys, plume just doesn’t happen in recently released new cigars). More of a head shop these days than a tobacconist. The business practices at this place are a bit dodgy as well, given that a gift certificate I tried to use was declined. Hey, not my store, but if the owner chooses to ignore IL law regarding gift certificates, that’s his choice. Buyer beware.

Great choices and great service, the guys who work there are some of the best, I can't think of a better tobacco store in homer glen. They have a great selection from cigar rooms, to shelves of cigarettes to chose from, to shelves of vape tech and juices, to shelves of glassware, grinders, and any other smoking accessories. Great place to get cigarettes because they beat gas station prices. I love this place
