If I could rate this a 1 I would! I just went in there to purchase a gum mint breeze pro vape. Opened it at the counter and it tast burnt! I told the man about it he said he don’t know why It taste like that. What’s willing to accommodate until I said I need an exchange for a new one. He opened the new one and that one tasted burnt as well! I been smoking this same flavor for about a year I know between fresh and old. I wouldn’t shop here bc they are clearly just taking money and not caring about their products dates and the freshness. I shouldn’t have to spend $20 on something that’s old clearly. I won’t be returning

The store is nice however at least one of the workers is terrible. Every time I come here and he's here my experience is horrible because he's locked into his phone and irritated when you ask for something, he doesn't even look up at his phone and acts annoyed. I paid for an item but it wasn't put in my bag because this man is ALWAYS paying more attention to his phone then the customers and it's all the time with this one person, horrible service but the store is nice, affordable and have a lot of items, get rid of that man before he runs customers off.

I don't know if this guy was having a bad day today or if its everyday, but whenever I have to deal with this ONE employee (or owner) I feel like I'm an inconvenience. Im not writing this review to disparage the business, but to make them aware that one of their employees always makes me feel so unwelcome. I buy 2 products from smokeshops on a regular basis and am so pleased that this business provides both from so close to home. Unfortunately those products are behind the register. I have walked into an empty store or a store with 1-2 customers ahead of me, and every time I waited my turn, but the employee (or owner, IDK) alway acted like I was an inconvenience or annoying to him. I don't like to jump to conclusions, but I wonder if this person was having a bad day, hates his job, hates customers, doesn't respect women, or dislikes black women. Its hard to tell. I literally want to get what I came to BUY with my MONEY and leave, but I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth when I have to deal with certain employees (or owners). I just want the business and customers to be aware. I also gave my REWARDS number for points and I seriously do not think he put it in. I did not get a receipt.

Came here after work at around 5pm Tuesday after work & the guy working was very rude & a little aggressive towards me , I was startled by his behavior because i politely asked to view selection of items & he started to huff & puff and mumble words about me in agitation (i ignored) so as I’m looking at him complete my transaction & he’s saying what? What? Asking me “why am I staring at him” as if he’s challenging me into an altercation for no apparent reason when I’ve been patronizing this establishment for 2 years . Needless to say I will not be back back

I buy my cigars here all the time. Good prices and very good selection
