Went here today after a while. This store is beautiful, organized, and has a huge selection. Best part ? They have great customer service. I have never been to a tobacco shop that was so eager to help. Rene helped me out today. He was very helpful, patient, and even signed me up for loyalty! I will be going here from now on. They have amazing promos as well !

Vanessa was very patient and helpful with me, I asked a lot of questions and if she didn't know the answer she asked a colleague to explain all the different variations for me. It was my first time at Mi Vape and it definitely will not be my last. Everyone at the Jefferson location is very friendly and knowledgeable, they will definitely be my new place to shop. Alyssa and Talia were awesome today in helping me find something different to vape. I can be a little picky but they both took the time to get to know what I was looking for and I offered me various selections before helping refine to the one I bought. Definitely come back and see them again

Great location; stays up to date with most recently released tech. Thomas was of great help. He was very knowledgeable about the products, but more importantly, he was personable and made my shopping experience incredibly pleasant. Will definitely be coming back here again.
