Walking into Cloud 9 truly feels like stepping into a little pocket of happiness. Everyone there is so incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely caring from the moment you walk through the door. The whole team creates an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable, appreciated, and taken care of. But I have to give a special shoutout to NiNi — she is an absolute gem. Her kindness, her energy, her attention to detail… everything about her makes the experience unforgettable. She makes you feel seen, valued, and pampered every single time. I love her! If you’re looking for a place where the staff treats you like family and the vibe is always positive, Cloud 9 is it. Truly a 10/10 experience every visit.

Love this place so much I drive over an hour to come here! I love the young lady that works everytime I am here, she knowledgeable and sweet! Sorry sweetie, im bad with names. They have a huge selection of vapes, whether disposable or reusable. ❤️

They are amazing. Super nice and very helpful , also their recommendations are the best

I like Cloud 9 because it has a lot more flavors then a lot of the other places have and they have lots of other cool things inside like jewelry, backpacks, etc

The staff is incredibly kind and answered all my questions promptly. The shop is meticulously organized and spotlessly clean. It’s definitely my go to place.
