Definitely recommend. This store has a great selection, the staff is so professional and friendly and I’ve always been happy with my products here.

Warning: Do Not Shop Here – Fake Products & Zero Accountability I’ve been a regular customer of Skyhigh Smoke Shop for a while, but this recent experience crossed the line and exposed what seems to be a serious issue—possibly criminal. I purchased two cans of Coffee Zyn from this shop, sold to me by the owner’s daughter. As soon as I opened one at home, I knew something was wrong. The taste was chemical and off-putting—clearly not the real product. I’ve had this flavor many times and know the difference. I returned the next morning and explained the situation, requesting a refund. The daughter claimed she couldn’t issue one (convenient), and said her father—the owner—would be in an hour. I returned. No owner. I waited, had her call him, and when he finally spoke to me on speaker, he was rude, dismissive, and outright refused to refund me, insisting the product was real. He promised to show up again an hour later. I returned. Still no owner. At this point, they told me if I wanted a refund, I’d have to drive to another one of their shops—clearly trying to make me give up. After being strung along and disrespected three times, I told them I was done and would be reporting them. The response? “Go ahead.” So I did. Here’s what I’ve done—and what you can do too if you’ve been wronged by this business: 1. Reported to Lombard Police Department – Fraud report filed. I showed them the cans and proved the QR codes don’t register on the official Zyn website. It’s now on record. 2. Reported to Zyn (Philip Morris International) – Their team confirmed the product was counterfeit. They issued me a direct refund and launched their own investigation. 3. Ongoing reports are being filed with additional agencies. I’ve attached a comparison photo: real Zyn vs. the fake product sold by Skyhigh Smoke Shop. These counterfeit nicotine products—often made in unregulated facilities overseas—can be extremely dangerous to your health. It’s beyond disturbing that this business chose to stand behind a $7 scam rather than do the right thing. It raises real questions about where they’re sourcing all of their products. Bottom line: If you care about your safety, avoid this place. Skyhigh Smoke Shop doesn’t value its customers, sells dangerous counterfeit goods, and hides behind excuses when caught. Don’t let a cheap price cost you your health.
