As a local to them, I have had too many bad experiences. Never again will I shop with this knock off shop. EDIT: The problem is you sell low quality, most of the time knock off, products that you can't stand behind. Example- I got a cartridge battery from you guys that broke. I came back to the shop within 45 minutes of it breaking, showed exactly what was wrong and that there's no way it could be my fault, and proved right in front of the guys eyes it's defective. Dude behind the counter starts speaking some random language on the phone and then tells me oh well, buy another one, too bad it's broken. I buy another one. THAT ONE WAS BROKEN TOO. Same battery both times. Never again with your rinky dink shop.
