LITERALLY just called the store to see if they had something and I didn’t even get to finish what I was saying before I got hit with no, okay that’s fine. But when I said thank you she just hung up 🤣 like my bad for inconveniencing YOU

I would recommend going here i go all the time but today was a but different and its making me reconsider my opinion on the store. I went in with my friend and fiance and there was a lady behind the counter by the name of robin who accused’s my fiance of stealing from the store. We were looking at vapes and she accused him. Not only did she accuse him but she was very disrespectful to my friend that was either me she was treating her like she was stupud and was talking to her disrespectfully at checkout because she didnt understand something. That robin lady needs to learn manners and better customer service. You dont accuse a customer of stealing without proof or reason to believe they stole. Thank you! P.s also not to mention the lady didnt id me im 21 going on 22 and thats a big nono! Im only giving this place 5 stars because all the other staff are amazing and the prices are amazing as well.

I highly recommend this store. The selection is fantastic, they have an amazing assortment of glass smoking products ranging from small to large and everything else in between! The staff is also always friendly and knowledgeable. Since certain items have been made legal in the state of IL I have had questions but I've never been anywhere else where I have felt comfortable enough to admit my ignorance and ask questions. This is my first choice for tobacco and other smoking products, highly recommend!!!

They sell bad vapes , even the tester vapes was bad . I literally hit each one and gave it to the guy and told him they are deaddd . He put them right back on display … I got the posh xtron and tried it before I bought it and it literally tasted like the one I wanted to replace . HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!

So I was thirsty. I went there and got a slushie the slushy wasn't even edible it tasted like dirt .It was $10 there's no price tag on the slushie. That was some expensive stuff that I just took one sip out of I had to throw it away it was like so gross. You've been warned
